We ask that pets are checked in at least 30 minutes before our lunch closure or end of day closure. 


Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (Closed from 12 pm – 1 pm).
Saturday: 7:30 am – 4 pm (Closed from 12 pm – 1 pm).
Sunday: 1 pm – 5 pm

You can pick up your pet anytime during our regular office hours! However, please note that we do have additional fees if checked out after a certain time. Below you will find additional details by location.

Jacksonville: Check out after 3pm Monday through Sunday will result in an additional fee.

Wilmington: Check out after 3pm Monday through Saturday will result in an additional fee. You may pick up anytime on Sunday with no additional fees.

Yes, we are closed on major holidays and have adjusted hours on Christmas eve and New Year’s eve. While our front desk may be closed, rest assured that our wonderful back of house team will be taking great care of our boarding guests throughout the day.

We have a 24 hour monitoring system to ensure everyone is safe and sound while spending the night with us!

For cats, we require up to date Distemper and Rabies

For dogs we require Distemper Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella. We also require a negative fecal exam for any pups under the age of 6 months.

Yes, we do administer medication at an additional fee. We also require that all medication is brought to us in the original bottle that was provided to you by your veterinarian. Please do not add any medication to your pet’s prepped food.

Adult dogs must be up to date on DHLPP, Bordetella, & Rabies. 

Puppies must be completed with their DAPP boosters and up to date on Rabies and Bordetella. 

No! We do not require reservations for daycare whether it’s your first day or 100th! However, we do strongly encourage you to give us a call prior to coming so we can review your information online and ensure your pup is set up for success!
